Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

In such cases bd36 will notify the affected user and explain the basis for the action taken, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory constraints on disclosure.

bd36 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spin allocations. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• All bets are final and binding once confirmed by the bd36 system. You are responsible for ensuring that bets are placed on the correct event, market and selection before confirming. bd36 will not void a bet solely because you have changed your mind after confirmation.
• In the event that an error occurs in the display of odds, market availability or settlement data due to a technical fault, bd36 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
